Return and Refund Policy

La Vanité opts for 100% manual production. We value quality in all the smallest details, which is why production and checking are carried out in our studio with all the attention and care that your piece deserves.

Purchase regret: In case of withdrawal of your order, contact us by email, informing the reason for the exchange within 07 (seven) days from the date of delivery. After contacting us, just send us the product in perfect condition, in the original and unused packaging, to start the exchange or return process.​

We do not exchange or refund used products.

 

Product defects: all our products respect the legal guarantee of 90 (ninety) days for any vices and/or defects, as long as they are not due to incorrect or inappropriate use or storage. Once the defect and/or defect is proven, the customer may also choose to cancel the purchase or exchange it for another product, receiving or complementing the price difference, if any.

 

Delivery issues: If your product has not been delivered on time, please contact us immediately.

Upon delivery of the product: the customer must immediately refuse the product in cases of open or damaged packaging. In the case of a damaged product or a product that does not comply with the order, we ask you to inform us of what happened through our contact channels (email or telephone).

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is evidence of a defect in the product.

 

ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO MEETING THE EXCHANGE TERMS PROVIDED IN OUR POLICIES, AS WELL AS THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT IN STOCK.
